In the kitchen, he cooks Oven Roasted Guinea Hen and Dirty Rice. He also prepares Sweet Potato Pie and discusses the sweet potato business and the ghost stories surrounding the plantation with Irv Daniel, a sweet potato farmer and longtime neighbor of the plantation.
