She shares her grandmother’s recipe for Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. In Chef Folse’s kitchen, Ann Savoy and the Magnolia Sisters perform a song from their album “Evangeline Made.” Chef Folse then prepares a healthier version of the Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, as well as Stuffed Crabs.
