Rob Hinton and Genevieve Stewart interview: Jackie Edgar, the owner of a car dealership in Jeanerette, Louisiana; Dr. Velma Jackson of Baton Rouge, the first black female dentist in Louisiana; Dr. Jennie Patrick of Alabama, the first black woman in the United States to earn a doctoral degree in chemical engineering; and Helen Corrothers of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the only black female prison warden in the United States.
