Philippe Gustin first interviews Marc Boucher of the Quebec Delegation, who discusses the relationship between Louisiana and Quebec, Canada, and Quebec’s French culture. Gustin then interviews Manuel Hoffpauir and Milton Broussard. Hoffpauir shares his memories of helping to build St. John’s Cathedral.
