Description
Shauna Sanford hosts live coverage of Governor Bobby Jindal’s opening address to the 2013 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature on April 8, 2013. Prior to the speech, Sanford and Robert Travis Scott of the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana (PAR) preview the major issues of the session.
