He discusses the Louisiana Agricultural Summary of 2011, including: the $10.7 billion total value in agriculture and natural resource production in Louisiana for 2011, a 7% increase from 2010; the growth in the value of plant commodities; the decrease in the value of rice and forestry; and the findings of marine and freshwater fisheries from 2010, including data from the 2010 BP Oil Spill.
