Dr. Keim, the Louisiana State Climatologist, discusses the evolution of the storm event that caused the historic flooding in Baton Rouge and southeast Louisiana and the overall rainfall totals. Tucker, a Ph.D. student with the LSU Department of Geography and Anthropology, discusses the hydrology of the storm and flooding event. They also answer questions from the audience.
