He discusses: the state of the film industry in Louisiana; the state’s film tax credit program; the downturn in productions at Celtic Studios over the last year; their role as an emergency shelter during and after the historic flooding in Baton Rouge in August 2016; Celtic’s new role as an event space; and his hopes to bring in more film and television productions to the studio.
