Honore, the former commander of Joint Task Force Katrina, is the leader of the Green Army, a coalition of civic, community, and environmental groups. He discusses the Green Army’s priorities for the 2018 Legislative Session, including bills on abandoned oil wells, the Capital Area Ground Water Conservation Commission, banning open burns, increased testing for aging water systems, increased air monitoring, and reforming the Tumor Registry.
