Description
In this episode of “Lucy’s Classic Cajun Culture & Cooking” from August 12, 2000, Miss Lucy prepares Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream and Fried Soft-Shell Crawfish. She also goes crawfishing with Steve Manuel in the rice fields of Eunice, Louisiana, and visits a crawfish processing plant. She then cooks a traditional Cajun Crawfish Boil with her guest Dexter Guillory, a rice and crawfish farmer in Eunice. Lastly, Miss Lucy plays the spoons with the “Les Amis” Cajun Band.
