Description

In this episode of “Lucy’s Classic Cajun Culture & Cooking” from October 7, 2000, Miss Lucy prepares Crawfish Etouffee with her granddaughter, Lucy McKenzie. Next, they both visit Elton Bernard at his cattle ranch. Back in the kitchen, they cook Chicken-Fried Steak, which will be topped with the Etouffee. Then, Miss Lucy visits Thompson Packing Co. in Slidell, where she discusses cuts of beef with Deb Morel. Back in the kitchen, she and her granddaughter make Eggplant Casserole and Chess Pie.
