Description
This program from January 28, 1987, features Rob Hinton hosting a live panel discussion on the problems facing teenagers in Louisiana. This local program followed a national broadcast on the issue. The panelists are: Harold Suire, the vice president of education for the Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce; Angelin Morgan, the director of the Teen Parent Center in Baton Rouge; Judge Edward Roberts of the Alexandria City Court; and Doreen Atchison, the clinical director of the adolescent unit of the Chemical Dependency Unit in Baton Rouge.
