This episode of the series “Louisiana Public Square” from April 23, 2014, features Kirby Goidel leading a discussion between the audience members and panelists on state contracts and the privatization of state services. A background report on the topic precedes the discussion. It includes interviews with: State Representative Kenneth Havard; Don Gregory, the health care analyst for the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana (PAR); State Treasurer John Kennedy; State Representative Jerome “Dee” Richard; and Robert Travis Scott, the president of PAR.
