Flynt prepares Ahi Tuna with Plum Tomatoes & Yellow Bell Peppers, Sautéed Swordfish with Gingered Crawfish, and Lobster Risotto with Red Wine Sauce. Chef Flynt also visits the DeLoach Vineyards in the Russian River Valley of California to learn more about wine production. Back in the studio, host Karen Hunter interviews Baldwin Sanders, a registered dietician at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She discusses the diet requirements for patients with multiple sclerosis.
