Flynt prepares Crab & Corn Cakes, Crab Chowder, and Sautéed Crab Meat with Shiitake Mushrooms over a bed of lettuce. Chef Flynt also visits Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco, California, and samples the Dungeness crabs. Back in the studio, host Karen Hunter interviews Dr. Marlene Windhauser of the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She discusses the findings of her study on food advertising during children’s television programming.
