Description
In this episode from the “San Francisco and California Wine Country” series of “Savor the Regions” from June 10, 1995, Chef D.C. Flynt prepares a Goat Cheese & Tomato Tart. He then visits director Francis Ford Coppola’s Neibaum-Coppola Winery, one of the first certified organic vineyards in Napa Valley, California. Back in the kitchen, Chef Flynt cooks Roasted Sonoma Ducks. Host Karen Hunter then interviews Nancy Baker, a registered dietician from the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who discusses healthy grilling. Lastly, Chef Flynt makes an Artichoke Omelet with Béchamel Sauce.
