Description
In this episode from the “San Francisco and California Wine Country” series of “Savor the Regions” from June 24, 1995, Chef D.C. Flynt prepares Veal Chops Stuffed with Zucchini, Roasted Red Pepper, and Chevre, as well as Veal Chops with Stilton Butter.
