Flynt prepares Caper & Sweet Potato Muffins and Strawberry Ginger Pepper Jam. Next, he tours the Benziger Family Winery in Sonoma Valley, California, with master of wine Anthony Foster to learn more about their field experiments with trellising techniques. He also tastes some wine with Foster and owner Helen Benziger. Back in the kitchen, Chef Flynt makes Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan Biscuits. Host Karen Hunter then interviews Dr. Cathy Champagne of the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who discusses the new nutritional labels on packaged foods.
