Description
This segment from the April 17, 1981, episode of “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features a repeat showing of report on the increase in traffic congestion on the Mississippi River between Baton Rouge and New Orleans due to the growth of the towboat industry. This report touches on the possibility of more collisions between boats.
