This segment from the February 3, 1989, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Ken Lormand’s report on the work of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), including the set-up of new ozone monitoring equipment near the State Capitol in Baton Rouge.
