This segment from the January 24, 1992, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Jeff Duhe’s report on Governor Edwin Edwards’ decision to scrap the Roemer Administration’s environmental scorecard program. It includes highlights of a press conference with Governor Edwards discussing his decision. Duhe also interviews: Secretary Kevin Reilly of the Louisiana Department of Economic Development; Mary Lee Orr of the Louisiana Environmental Action Network; Larry Adcock, the plant manager at Dow Chemical in Plaquemine; and Dan Juneau, the president of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI).
