Ron Brinson, Port of New Orleans; and Charlie Melancon, Sugar Cane League. Robert Collins then conducts an in-studio interview with Victor Bussie, the president of the Louisiana AFL-CIO, and Harold Price, the assistant secretary of the Louisiana Department of Economic Development. They discuss their differing views on NAFTA.
