This segment from the June 19, 2009, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Charlie Whinham’s visit to North Toledo Bend State Park, located on the Toledo Bend Reservoir in Sabine Parish near Zwolle. He talks to frequent visitors, Charles and Dell Woods, and park employees, Betty Morgan, Freda Ebarb, Randall Beason, and Wayne Ball, about the abundance of fishing available at the park, including some of the biggest catches.
