They discuss: the Jindal Administration’s recent cuts to the state budget without legislative approval; Richard’s letter to his colleagues urging them to call a special session to deal with the state budget; and Jackson’s concerns over the Jindal Administration’s privatization of the state employees’ health insurance plan without legislative approval.
