This segment from the November 2, 2012, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Charlie Whinham’s report on the hotly contested election for Louisiana’s 3rd Congressional District between two incumbent Republicans, Congressman Charles Boustany and Congressman Jeff Landry.
