This segment from the September 19, 2014, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Charlie Whinham’s visit to the town of Cameron in Cameron Parish nine years after Hurricane Rita and six years after Hurricane Ike. Whinham reports that the town’s population has dwindled from 2200 residents before Rita to 400 residents.
