This segment from the February 9, 2018, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Kelly Spires’ interview with photographer Jeremiah Ariaz, whose photographs of Creole cowboys are on display as a part of the “Creole du Monde” exhibit at the West Baton Rouge Parish Museum in Port Allen.
