This segment from the February 15, 2019, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Andre Moreau’s visit to the Pointe-aux-Chenes Wildlife Management Area in lower Terrebonne Parish. He reports that 150 volunteers planted more than 1,000 bald cypress tree seedlings for a coastal restoration project.
