This segment from the August 28, 2020, episode of the series “Louisiana: The State We’re In” features Natasha Williams’ report on the 15th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. She interviews retired Lieutenant General Russel Honore, the commander of Joint Task Force Katrina, who discusses the improvements made to infrastructure and emergency management since Hurricane Katrina and his concerns about the vulnerability of the wetlands.
