Moreau then interviews Grand Isle Mayor David Camardelle, who discusses: the destruction; their concerns about running water; and the status of the burrito levee system. Next, Moreau interviews Richard Augustin, a lifelong resident, who discusses why he loves living on Grand Isle, his memories of Hurricane Betsy, and his hopes for the future of the barrier island. Lastly, Moreau interviews Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng, who discusses: the destruction in communities outside of the levee protection system; the need to rebuild the infrastructure in Grand Isle; and the future of Grand Isle, including her hopes to bring back boat access to help with tourism.
