She interviews: Dr. Dennis Shields, president of Southern University; Rick Gallot, president of Grambling State University; Doug Williams, former Grambling player and coach; Dr. Kedric Taylor, director of bands for Southern; Dr. Rani Whitfield, vice chair of the Southern University Board of Supervisors; Dr. Nikole Roebuck, director of bands for Grambling; and Alvin Washington, Grambling alum. It also includes archival interviews with: Dr. Jesse Stone, Southern president from 1974-1985; Dr. Isaac Greggs, former Southern band director; Eddie Robinson, Grambling coach from 1947-1997; and Joseph Johnson, Grambling president from 1977-1991.
