Andras served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He discusses: his training; his role as a reconnaissance sergeant calling in artillery for the infantry; the brotherhood of the soldiers; his toughest memories; being spit on by protestors at the airport when he returned home; the politicians losing the war; his participation in the last major battle of the war; opening up fire support base Veghel; the subsequent attack on the base; and the heroes that never came home.
