Description
This segment from the 2012 Young Heroes Award Ceremony features a profile of honoree Dylan Scott Faughn of Covington, a junior at the Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired in Baton Rouge. Despite being legally blind, Faughn is the student body president and competes in cross country, the long jump, and the high jump. He also raises money for the Greater Baton Rouge Homeless Shelter, the Food Bank, and his school.
