Description
This segment from the 2013 Young Heroes Award Ceremony features a profile of honoree Hunner Monceaux, a senior at South Beauregard High School in Longville. Monceaux has persevered through cancer in his shoulder and his lung, including the removal of his lung. After his recovery, he made an inspirational return to the basketball and baseball teams. He is now battling cancer in his remaining lung.
