This segment from the 2015 Young Heroes Award Ceremony features a profile of honoree Melanie Bailiff, a freshman at Airline High School in Bossier City. Despite being born with cerebral palsy, Bailiff excels in both academics and athletics. She is an honor roll student and was chosen to participate in her school’s Starbase 2.0 STEM program.
