This segment from the 2015 Young Heroes Award Ceremony features a profile of honoree Hannah Jolivette, a homeschooled senior from Iowa, Louisiana. At the age of eleven, Jolivette lost four family members and her sister was diagnosed with cancer. Her sister died two years later. After losing her sister, Jolivette has donated her hair to cancer patients seven times through “Locks of Love.” She also sews blankets and hats to give away to the needy.
