Description
Oral history with District 9 State Representative Billy Montgomery. Conducted in June 2007. In this conclusion, Montgomery discusses business taxes across Louisiana, education in Louisiana and how the legislation needs to improve it, and reflects on his career as a representative. He also talks about the governors he served under and gives advice to the new wave of legislators coming in 2008.
