Oral history with District 47 State Representative Mickey Frith. Conducted on June 21, 2007. In this interview, Frith discusses Cajun cooking, his restaurant business, his work in coastal restoration, and some of the people he has worked alongside throughout his career. He also shares his thoughts on term limits in the Louisiana House and Senate.
