Oral history with District 85 State Representative Joseph Toomy. Conducted on May 30, 2007. In this interview, Toomy gives his advice to the new wave of legislators coming into the House for the 2008 session. He also reflects on the legislative process in Louisiana, the most important pieces of legislation he passed while in office, and his biggest regret in his representative career.
