Oral history with Secretary of the Senate Mike Baer. In this interview, Baer continues sharing stories and history from his long career as Secretary of Senate. He discusses his relationship with Senator Michael O'Keefe, some of the strange contradictions seen in the Louisiana House and Senate, how the Louisiana legislation has changed over the years, and the worst and best legislative sessions he witnessed while in office.
