Interview with Mr. Donelon regarding a general inspection of the levee system during Hurricane Camille; He is joined with John Lauricella of the Ponchartrain Levee District, Hank Lauricella, Charley Higgins of the Council, and Ray Condon, Sanitation Director. Donelin states that the levee system is in good shape. He notes that that Pumping Station #2 is at 23 feet, and it was at 25 feet during Hurricane Betsy. He states that he is confident that the levees will hold, but his team will patrol all night. He states that he's asked the sheriff to arrest spectators along the levee as a nuisance.
