Description
Silent footage of men being arrested and fingerprinted for heroin distribution in New Orleans, followed by an interview with Jerry Jenson, regional director of the U.S. Department of Justice, Narcotics Division. He states that heroin comes to the New Orleans area from two main sources, Miami and New York. He states that large shipments out of Miami are distributed by Cuban nationalist, and that in New York, the culprits are Cuban and negro violators. He discusses the possibility that Castro may be using heroin to raise revenue, and that the majority of heroin found in New Orleans currently comes out of Miami.
