Description
Victor Bussie interview about appealing the judge's decision through the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals of Louisiana. He's confident that the case, win or lose, will be appealed to the Louisiana Supreme Court, and that that he will then go through the federal courts if necessary for compliance with Louisiana law. Bussie states that he is seeking to force the tax commission to carry out Louisiana law. He elaborates that even the judge said that his decision didn't satisfy him. Bussie is confident that the law is being violated, but the judge had decided that technicalities raised by the opponents of the suit had merits.
