Description
Bill Dodd interview about granting raises to his staff in the Department of Education. He states that he raised the salaries of some of his assistant superintendents equal to that of the janitors at LSU. He mentions that the head custodian at LSU is making more than the Governor of Louisiana, and although that's good, he feels that his staff with doctors degrees and years of service need salaries to reflect operating a half a billion dollar school business.
