Description
A.Z. Young states that the march from Bogalusa to Baton Rouge has been anticipated for quite some time. He says that he has constantly tried to get in touch with Governor McKeithen, but the governor refuses to answer his calls, telegrams and letters. Young states that as a result, he feels that some type of visit should be paid upon the state capitol to remind Governor McKeithen that he is the governor of all the people of Louisiana.
