Description
Multiple outtakes of Rosemary James on the courthouse steps preparing a report on the possibility of Clay Shaw facing another trial. Two days after the 1 March 1969 decision of Clay Shaw being found not guilty, District Attorney Jim Garrison filed a perjury charge against Shaw. James speculates that Shaw's lawyers will appeal Judge O'Hara's ruling. She states that Shaw contends that the jury which tried him on the conspiracy charges also passed him testimony as credible.
