Description
In this episode from the “New England Cuisine” series of “Savor the Regions” from May 1, 1999, Nutritional Chef Kelly Patrick prepares dishes centered around Boston cuisine. Chef Patrick puts a healthy twist on popular dishes. She first prepares New England Corned Beef with a Wild Plum Glaze. Next, she visits the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. There, she speaks with Executive Chef Edward Gannon about how local foods influence his cooking. Finally, Chef Patrick heads back to the kitchen to prepare a Boston Cream Pie. This program was preserved through a 2022-2023 Public Broadcasting Preservation Fellowship.
