In this episode from the “New England Cuisine” series of “Savor the Regions” from May 22, 1999, Nutritional Chef Kelly Patrick prepares dishes that explore basic culinary elements. Chef Patrick puts a healthy twist using herbs and marinades to enhance flavor in her dishes. Additionally, she takes a trip to Johnson and Wales University where she speaks with professional chefs about their work at America’s top culinary institution.
