Description

In this episode from the “New England Cuisine” series of “Savor the Regions” from May 29, 1999, Nutritional Chef Kelly Patrick prepares heart healthy desserts. She first prepares a Blueberry and Orange Slump and a Chocolate Raspberry Trifle. Next, she visits the Grafton Village Cheese Company in Vermont. There, she learns the process of making Vermont’s famous Cheddar Cheese. Finally, Chef Patrick heads back to the kitchen to make a Vermont favorite: Indian Pudding with a Pecan Crunch. This program was preserved through a 2022-2023 Public Broadcasting Preservation Fellowship.
