In this episode from the “New England Cuisine” series of “Savor the Regions” from June 12, 1999, Nutritional Chef Kelly Patrick prepares dishes using fresh New England Lobsters. Chef Patrick puts a healthy twist on this regional favorite. She first prepares Steamed Lobsters with a Herbed Butter Sauce. Next, she visits Mystic, Connecticut, where she speaks with local fishermen about the lobster industry. Back in the kitchen, Chef Patrick prepares Lobster Pizza and Grilled Lobster and Asparagus over Lemon Rice. This program was preserved through a 2022-2023 Public Broadcasting Preservation Fellowship.
